D. A. Morton 

I founded High Definition Leadership in 2005 with the goal to help entrepreneurs, corporate executives and others in positions of leadership to become better leaders. My clientele has grown to include others who have a goal of leading their lives instead of merely living their lives.


Throughout my career I witnessed a surprising vacuum of leadership at the highest levels in some of the "best run" companies in America. There is a gap between the desire for success and the path to success. I now help to fill that gap.


Prior to founding HDL I held senior roles within Fortune 100 companies in multiple industries. I developed business strategies that have had tremendous impact on these businesses. I introduced numerous successful new products and services, and learned a great deal.


All of my life I have been a student of leadership - from the time I began playing Little League baseball. My formal study of leadership began at Princeton University where I chose to study politics. After undergrad, I attained an MBA from The Ross School of Business (University of Michigan). Leadership has been my passion for over 25 years. I am really excited to make my passion my life's work.
